Operation and repair

The operation of the device begins with its column, which performs the function of fixing it on the floor surface. The column is made of cast iron. The work table, which is attached to the column, moves together with the drilling head using a manual drive.

The movement occurs along the column itself. The plate, which plays the role of the base, has an internal cavity in which a special cooling liquid is located. A sump tank is also installed there. An electric pump system is attached to the upper part of the base plate, with the help of which, during operation of the machine, coolant is supplied to the workpieces.

The feed box is installed separately in a special housing located in the working head.

The second main technique for operating the 2n135 machine involves operating the feeder. It includes the following elements:

  • 2 couplings, one of which is ratcheting, the other is overrunning;
  • steering wheel for control;
  • rack-and-pinion gear located on a horizontal shaft;
  • worm-gear;
  • limba having divisions.

The base plate itself is made of cast iron. An electric pump is installed on the plate, communicating with the coolant reservoir through tubes.

The amount of liquid supplied to the working element of the machine is regulated using special taps installed on the tubes.

The cooling system of the unit constantly needs to clean the sump. Various waste contaminants periodically accumulate in it, interfering with the normal operation of the equipment. It is necessary to clean the sedimentation tank once a month or more often.

Feeding mechanism - operating principle

The design of the feed mechanism of the 2N135 machine, which is the most important working part of the drilling head, consists of the following main elements:

  • steering wheel;
  • worm gear;
  • two clutches – overrunning and ratcheting;
  • limb with divisions;
  • rack and pinion located on the horizontal shaft.

The feed mechanism allows you to perform a number of technical operations during the processing of the workpiece:

  • perform feed advance in manual mode;

  • move the spindle upward away from the workpiece.

Despite the relative complexity of the feed mechanism design, the principle of its operation is quite simple. Due to the rotation of the steering wheel, movement is transmitted to the cam clutch, which, in turn, through the half-coupling-holder, engages the gear shaft that is connected to the rack (the rack provides vertical movement (feed) of the spindle in manual mode).

At the moment when the tool touches the workpiece, the gear shaft begins to rotate, but this rotation cannot be transmitted by the teeth of the cam-type coupling, as a result of which the half-coupling cage begins to move along the shaft axis until the clutch cams are located opposite each other . Only at this moment does the coupling rotate 200 (rotation to a larger angle is impossible, since the structural elements of the coupling itself will not allow this).

The design of the half-coupling includes a double-sided ratcheting disk, which, when it moves, imparts movement to a gear wheel connected by a worm gear. The movement of this coupling, accordingly, leads to rotation of the worm and longitudinal movement of the rack shaft. This is how the mechanical feed of the spindle is ensured, which can be surpassed if you continue to rotate the steering wheel.

The passport for the machine also stipulates the possibility of manual movement of the working head. For this purpose, the box contains rack and worm pairs, which can be used if you turn off the mechanical feed using the steering wheel.

Where is the 2r135f2 CNC drilling machine used?

The machine in question is used to regulate the process of rectangular machining and positioning. The program carrier is a punched paper tape with eight tracks. The machine is equipped with a digital display; up to 15 adjustments per tool length can be entered.

The drilling depth is set using a dial as follows: by rotating the cross steering wheel towards you, lower the spindle until it comes into contact with the workpiece.8) We unscrew the screw of cam 17 (see the figure for turning off the feed and cam 18, turn until the edge of cam 17 coincides with the dial division corresponding to the drilling depth, and tighten the screws again. In this case, the division on the dial corresponds to the full drilling depth, including the conical part of the drill sharpening.

Cam 18 is used to configure automatic reversal of the spindle direction when cutting threads. The installation of this cam is similar to the installation of the mechanical feed switching cam. In this case, the feed cut-off cam is moved back 10 mm. The spindle rotation direction is changed by reversing the electric motor.

The knurled cap, located in the center of the cross handwheel, is used to turn off the power feed if you need to drill or tap with manual feed. To turn on manual feeding, the cap must be pressed away from you until it stops.

The belts are tensioned by moving the bracket with the electric motor using tension screws located on the rear wall of the gearbox. To tighten the spring of the safety clutch, which turns off the feed when overloaded, use a special screw with an internal hexagonal hole, located under the cap of the upper cover of the bracket. Normally, the spring is adjusted to turn off the feed when an axial force exceeds the rated feed force by 10%, i.e. at 1800 kg.

A special feature of the machine is that it has a dynamic spindle braking system.

The electrical equipment of the unit is presented in the form of an electric motor with a power of 4.4 kW. The device is equipped with an electric pump that supplies coolant. The pump is type X14-22M.

Operating procedure on the machine
