Hot rolled sheets GOCT 19903-74

The technological process of manufacturing hot-rolled sheet steel, in contrast to cold-rolled steel, has fewer stages, which determines a lower accuracy class. However, the lower manufacturing accuracy is compensated by relatively low prices and a large range of sizes, which makes hot-rolled sheet one of the most popular products on the rolled metal market.

Corrugated sheets are produced at enterprises from carbon steel grades BStO, BSt1, BSt2 and BStZ in accordance with GOST 8568-77. Corrugated sheet is a steel sheet on the smooth side of which a certain pattern is formed. Corrugated sheets are produced with a width of 600-2200 mm, a length of 1400-8000 mm and thickness from 2.5-12.0 mm. Cold rolled sheets GOCT 19904-90

Cold-rolled steel sheets are produced by repeated cold-rolling of hot-rolled coils (otherwise known as rolling). Additional processing leads to an increase in the cost of products, but, at the same time, provides a higher quality of surface treatment and improved mechanical properties: tensile strength, yield strength for permanent deformation, elongation at break.

Cold-rolled sheets are supplied in rolls and sheets, both with cut and unedged edges. Geometric parameters, permissible deviations, accuracy classes for cold-rolled steel are established by the GOCT 19904-90 assortment.
